Subscription Stellar credits are granted for each paid billing period and reset at the next period; they do not roll over. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period through the Stripe customer portal.

No. Subscription credits reset each billing period. Purchased one-time credits are kept separately and are used after daily free and subscription credits.
Can I get a refund?
